BOWLING GREEN, KY (2/20/12) – On Monday, February 20th, 2012 just after midnight, Warren County Sheriff's Office along with the Kentucky State Police responded to 300 block of Lower Stone Avenue and to the 800 block of Moorman Lane due to shots being fired.
 
Upon the Deputies arrival, several shots were heard. Through investigation, it was determined that three suspects were firing shots from behind a residence towards Moorman Lane. There were firearms at the scene ranging from handguns to high powered rifles. The three suspects were identified and placed under arrest for Wanton Endangerment First Degree. The subjects were all arrested at 398 Lower Stone Ave.
 
Upon initial contact, Jarrod Choate was arrested for Menacing. Alcohol was a factor in the incident. All three suspects were lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.
