(10/31/13) -Learn about the OSO in a new way by utilizing the new free phone app. This app enables the OSO to promote symphony events, use push notifications to communicate with fans of the symphony, keep people informed and give them access to the symphony using their mobile devices.

With more features to be added soon. Simply go to the iTunes store and type in Owensboro Symphony Orchestra and download the free app for the latest news on the OSO.

The app was developed by Red Pixel Studios of Owensboro using their info APP solution, a platform they developed to create high-quality apps as a reasonable price.

“We looked at other solutions for our app, but by far the best option was with Red Pixel Studios right here in our downtown Owensboro neighborhood,” Karen Porter, Executive Director of the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra, said. “We are looking for new ways to reach our audience and to grow our audience and this new phone app will be a great addition to our marketing efforts.”
