Cadiz Police Reports – August 19, 2013

cadiz police arrest3 300CADIZ, Ky. (8/19/13) – The following is your update on Law Enforcement activity courtesy of the Cadiz Police Department.
 
William N. West, 45, of 107 Thomas Street, was arrested on Aug. 8 by Major Duncan Wiggins and served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant charging him with Terroristic Threatening - 3rd Degree; Violation of an EPO; and Violation of Bond Conditions.
 
Christina Boren, 34, of 273 East Noel Drive, was arrested by Sgt. Scott Brown on Aug. 13 and served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant charging her with Flagrant Non-Support. The warrant said Boren was $4,370 in arrears of support payments.
 
Michael J. Hunter, 32, of 25 Avalon Drive, was arrested Aug. 10 by Sgt. Scott Brown and charged with Alcohol Intoxication. Hunter was found sleeping on the driveway of a home on West End Street. Subject stated he was walking to his mother's house but could not tell the officer her address. It was not the home he was sleeping in the driveway at.
 
Randy Roy, 47, of 59 Melody Lane, was arrested Aug. 15 by Major Duncan Wiggins and charged with Alcohol Intoxication - 3rd offense and Terroristic Threatening - 3rd Degree. Police received a report of a suspicious person near NAPA Auto Parts on Main Street. Roy was located and questioned. He was under the influence and told officers that he and "His posse" would find the officers involved when they were off duty to "handle the situation." Roy was arrested by Cadiz Police on Aug. 3 and charged with Alcohol Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
 
Michelle Knight, 38, of 286 Third Street, was arrested Aug. 8 by Major Duncan Wiggins and served four Trigg County District Court arrest warrants charging that she owed $1,189 in court fines.
 
Cadiz Police served four warrants:

Alijajuan Williams, 19, of 85 Wallace Avenue, was served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant while serving time in the Christian County Jail. He is charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $500.

Dennie Tyler, 27, of 151 Hayden Street, was served a Christian County District Court warrant on Aug. 17 on Wallace Avenue. Tyler is charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident; Leaving the Scene of an accident; and Operating on a Suspended License stemming from a crash in Christian County on Aug. 16. Tyler was arrested by Officer Roger Knight

Kevin Bingham, 25, of 2631 East Adams Mill Road, was arrested on Aug. 17 by Sgt. Scott Brown and served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant charging him with Failure to Pay Court Fines.

Valerie Ennis, 54, of 403 Lafayette Street, was arrested on Aug. 18 by Officer Aaron Acree and served a Lyon County District Court arrest warrant charging her with Failure to Pay Court Fines
