COAL RALLYFRANKFORT, Ky. (8/22/13) – The Hopkins County Fairgrounds Ballard Convention Center will be hosting the Family Coal Rally on Thursday, September 5 at 4:00pm.
 
This event is free to the public and welcomed to all ages.
 
There will be a free gun raffle for miners and additional raffles for iPads. There will also be inflatables, carnival games and cornhole available for family fun.
 
The event speakers include; Senator Mitch McConnell, A representative for Rand Paul, Congressman Ed Whitfield, State Representatives Ben Waide and Jim Gooch, Brother Bob Morrison, Alliance Coal CEO Joe Craft and Kentucky Coal Association President Bill Bissett.
