friday bike orange 300GREENVILLE, Ky. (6/28/13) – As the Summer heats up, so does the non-stop entertainment on the Courthouse Square in Greenville.

Tonight, Friday, June 28, it's another big Friday Bike Night, and a Battle of the Bands, presented by the Greenville Fire Department (GFD). Music begins at 6 p.m. Several bands will hit the stage for the first round of the GFD Battle of the Bands.

On July 26th, Round Two competitors perform and the winner of the final battle on August 23rd will score $1000.00 cash.

Also tonight, cycle enthusiasts from throughout the area will compete in several categories including Best American and Best Foreign made motorcycles.

Come hungry, because the GFD will be grilling up all kinds of mouthwatering goodies, as well, with all proceeds going to the department's fundraising efforts.

The GFD will also have a fund raising Car Show on Saturday, August 24th.

SOSQUAREThere will be no Bike Night next Friday, July 5th, but you can still enjoy the Greenville Tourism Commission's "Saturday on the Square” on July 6th, starring "7 Bridges, The Ultimate Eagles Tribute Experience".

This Eagles tribute band was voted "Best of the First Four Years" of this hugely successful event, so you know it's going to be a great night to "Take it Easy" and live "Life in The Fast Lane".

For more information Friday Bike Night call GFD at 270-338-3305.
