Lori Ann Crabtree of Owensboro was charged Sept. 7 with failure to appear.

Rio Lashawn Kelly of Owensboro was charged Sept. 8 with failure to appear.

Yalonda Moss of Owensboro was charged Sept. 8 with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Dawn Horn of Owensboro was charged Sept. 8 with failure to appear.

Traci Beam of Owensboro was charged Sept. 8 with trafficking in controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alex D. Brown of Herrin, IL was charged Sept. 9 with failure to appear.

Lisa Philpott, address unknown, was charged Sept. 9 with public intoxication of controlled substance.

Marvin L. Jr. Henderson of Owensboro was charged Sept. 9 with fugitive from another state.

Eric Lloyd, address unknown, was charged Sept. 9 with giving an officer false identifying information.

Eric Joseph Lloyd of Owensboro was charged Sept. 9 with second-degree escape.

Cory A. Clatterbuck of Owensboro was charged Sept. 9 with alcohol intoxication in public place.

Christa Smith of Owensboro was charged Sept. 9 with contempt of court/slander resistance to order.

Abel Douglas of Owensboro was charged Sept. 9 with failure to appear and parole violation.

Hunter Blake Clouse of Owensboro was charged Sept. 10 with failure to appear and parole violation.

Rojelio Ozune of Owensboro was charged Sept. 10 with alcohol intoxication in public place.

Chance T. Foreman of Owensboro was charged Sept. 10 with failure to appear.

Michael Harris Farthing of Owensboro was charged Sept 10 with failure to appear.

Houston Blake Roberts of Maceo was charged Sept. 10 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) minor injury.

Alan J. Osborne of Owensboro was charged Sept. 10 with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
