HENDERSON, KY - Tony Wayne Trainer 62, of Henderson, KY passed away at Lucy Smith King Care Center on Thursday January 26, 2012 in Henderson, KY.

He was a laborer and a retired member of the Local Union #561. He is survived by one sister Louise Samples of Lakeland, FL.; nieces and nephews.

Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY is handling the arrangements. There will be no services.
