HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (2/21/12) – The following is your weekly update of activity by the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department.
 
On Feb. 16, 27-year-old Andrew Armey of Nortonville was arrested on charges of Failure to Possess License, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Possession of Marijuana, Careless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
 
Jorge Delapaz, 46, of Madisonville was apprehended on charges of Theft by Deception (cold checks.)
 
April Stewart, 26, of Crofton was arrested on charges of Operating on Suspended License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
 
On Feb. 17, Richard Senay of White Plains was apprehended on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Operating on a Suspended License, Failure to Surrender Revoked License, One Headlight, Failure to Notify of Address Change, No Registered Plates, and No Registered Receipt.
 
On Feb. 18, 35-year-old Christie Brantley of Lancaster South Carolina was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Codeine), and an unspecified Controlled Substance.
 
On Feb. 28, James Kinney of Madisonville was arrested on charges of Assault (4th Degree) on a Warrant, and Failure to Appear.
