MADISONVILLE, KY - Mildred Cunningham Crabtree, 76, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Brighton Cornerstone Healthcare in Madisonville.

She was born on December 17, 1935 in Madisonville, KY to the late Johnny Walter Cunningham, Sr. and Ollie Richard Galloway Cunningham. She was a homemaker and was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Crabtree and seven brothers.

She is survived by three daughters, Crinnia (David) Cartwright, Darlene (Bill) Jones, Tammy (Brian) Parker all of Madisonville; a son, Eddie (Cherl) Beard of Madisonville; two brothers, Johnny (Marie) Walter Cunningham, Jr. and Charlie "Charles" Benjamin Cunningham all of Madisonville; eleven grandchildren, Billy Cartwright, Lisa Stafford, Angela Rainwater, Johnny Beard, Brian Beard, Alisha Beard, Billy Jones, Shellie Higgins, Basil Jones, Brianna Phelps and Brent Parker; eighteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Tina Cunningham of Madisonville.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Billy Jones officiating and Bro. Donnie Neal assisting. Burial will be in odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Pallbearers will be the grandsons.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.
