It’s About Every Student Every Day

brady linkHOPKINSVILLE, KY (2/17/12) –Brady Link, Superintendent of Christian County Public Schools since 2008 and 39-year public education veteran, will not be returning to the Christian County Public School district for the 2012-2013 school year.

During the February 16 school board meeting, board members did not vote to renew Link’s contract. Link’s last day will be on June 30th.

“I respect the decision made by our school board members and I understand that they ultimately hold the responsibility to make decisions based on what they believe is best for this school district. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here in Christian County, and have found it to be one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Our schools have made a lot of progress and that progress has produced positive results for our students,” says Link.

“I wish only the best for this school district and hope that schools continue doing what is right, by teaching all students and getting results, “says Link. In retirement, Link looks forward to spending more time with family and enjoying more of his favorite activities such as, spending time on the lake and fishing.
