ELKTON, KY - Frederick (Fred) Edmonds, age 56 of Elkton, passed away 10:00 PM Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his sister’s residence in Elkton of natural causes.

He was born in Todd County, Kentucky on May 12, 1955 the son of the late Ephraim T. Edmonds Jr. and Cynthia Ann Price Edmonds. He is employed as a Fork Lift Operator for Inline Plastics in McDonaugh, Georgia and was a former employee for Ardco in Elkton. Fred is a member of First Baptist Church in Elkton.

Fred is survived by one daughter, Candice Barker of Austin, Texas, two brothers, James “Jim” Edmonds of Elkton, Ky. and Kenny Edmonds of Russellville, Ky. , two sisters, Phyllis Leavell of Elkton, Ky. and Rosalind “Roz” Browder of Doraville, Georgia,,and three Grandchildren .

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 16, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Elkton with Rev. Phillip Suber officiating. Burial will follow in the Elkton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton and at 9:00 A.M. Thursday until service time at First Baptist Church.
