HOPKINSVILLE, KY - Ralph Wayne Boullion, age 58 Hopkinsville, KY passed away at 6:40 AM on Monday, February 13, 2012 at his home of natural causes.

Mr. Boullion was born in Houston, TX on November 6, 1953, the son of the late Alvin and Alline Cardwell Boullion. He was a Registered Nurse. Ralph was a veteran in the US Army, during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his son, Russell Boullion of Ft. Campbell, KY; a brother, Alvin Boullion of Houston, TX; two sisters, Glenda Akeroyd, and Barbara Abdo both of Houston, TX, and two grandchildren, Hayden and Lillie-Ann of Ft. Campbell, KY.

The body is being cremated. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
