MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (1/17/12) – Kentucky Education Commissioner Dr. Terry Holliday spent time in Marshall County on Thursday, January 12th. The commissioner met with central office staff, administrators and Marshall County Board Chair Rocky Hudson to discuss current educational initiatives, the new accountability system and upcoming legislation regarding education. Dr. Holliday toured Benton Elementary School, Benton and North Middle Schools and Marshall County High School visiting classrooms and talking to teachers.
