Adults Arrested on Trigg County High Campus

arrested blueCADIZ, KY (1/25/12) – On Tuesday, Jan. 24, 20-year-old Joshua Livingston of Hopkinsville and 19-year-old Zachary Neel, address unknown, were observed inside Trigg County High School, having not signed in through the office.

The subjects were also observed outside the building near Trigg County Middle School. When a school administrator attempted to confront and ID them, they took off running to their vehicle in the middle school parking lot.

School Resource Officer Dave Colbert was radioed and stopped the vehicle leaving campus. Neither person were, nor had ever been, a student at Trigg County High School. Neither could give a legitimate reason why they were at the school. A search of Livingston yielded a pipe commonly used to smoke drugs in his pants pocket.

The two were arrested on the scene and are currently lodged in the Christian County Jail.
