08/08/17
10:16 AM Officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Dollar General. Officers arrested Hope R Hawkins, 36, Linton Way, charging her with TBUT U/$500.

2:59 PM Officers executed a Caldwell County Indictment warrant at the jail on Richard Gene Palmer, 49, Jackson KY, charging him with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Cocaine).

3:14 PM Officers executed a Caldwell County Indictment warrant at the jail on Jennifer R Mullins, 35, Jackson KY, charging her with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Cocaine) and Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense.

5:26 PM Officers arrested Lexi G Nielson, 21, Akers Ave, on a Lyon County bench warrant charging him with Failure to Appear.

8:10 PM Officers arrested James G McGhee JR, 51, Plum Street, on a McCracken County bench warrant charging him with Failure to Appear.

8:49 PM Officers arrested Sarah J Mallory, 31, Henderson KY, on a McCracken County bench warrant charging her with Probation Violation.

4:25 PM Officers responded to a two vehicle injury collision at South Seminary and Maple Street. Rufus B Smith, 78, Nancy Drive was turning left onto South Seminary in a 2015 Chevy and failed to see a southbound 2002 Buick driven by Stephanie D Hall, 47, Hillview Court. Smith’s vehicle struck Hall’s vehicle on the passenger side. Smith was transported by Caldwell EMS to Caldwell ER.

08/09/17
4:21 PM Officers responded to a complaint at Caldwell County ER. The victim told officers that she was allegedly drugged and raped by Devin O Powell, 21, Maple Ave, at approximately 3:00 AM. Officers interviewed Powell at the Police Department where he confessed to the crime. He was charged with Rape 2nd Degree. He was also served with a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with Failure to Appear.

08/10/17
10:19 AM Officers arrested Carey P Conrad, 43, Webster Road, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with Failure to Appear.

5:49 PM Officers stopped a vehicle for driving on a flat tire on South Jefferson. Officers determined that the driver Rita P Walker, 59, Hopkinsville Street, was under the influence of intoxicants. She was arrested and charged with DUI 1st Offense.

7:27 PM Officers stopped a motorcycle driven by Jacob Webb, 24, Good Street, on South Jefferson. A check of Webb’s license revealed that it was suspended. He was arrested and charged with Operating on a Suspended or revoked License, No Motorcycle License, and Failure to comply with Helmet Law.

8:26 PM Officers responded to a report of intoxicated male at KFC/A&W. Officers located Jeremy M Tabor, 36, Marion and determined that he was under the influence of intoxicants. He was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, and Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug.
