PRINCETON, KY - Dianne McCraw, age 67, of Princeton, KY, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012, at her residence in Princeton, KY.

Mrs. McCraw retired from Caldwell County EMS where she worked as a paramedic. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by Three Daughters & Sons In Law Terri Lynn McCraw & Fiancee Robert Phillips, Cadiz, KY, Margaret Ann & Greg Hampton, Princeton, KY, Amanda Dawn & William Lynn, Princeton, KY Sister - June Rodgers, Charleston, SC, 8 Grandchildren, 5 Step Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 1 Step Great Grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her Parents Edward & Eva Pouch Davis, her Husband James Waddell McCraw and Daughter Cindy McCraw.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, February 24, 2012. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 25, 2012 with the Reverend Jason Key officiating. Burial will follow at McCraw Cemetery in Trigg Co., KY.
