CADIZ, KY - Carl Cook, age 45, of Cadiz, KY, passed away Friday, February 17, 2012, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, KY.

Mr. Cook was of the Baptist Faith. He was survived by: Mother - Linda Cook, Cadiz, KY, One Brother - Jeremy Cook, Jacksonville, FL, Two Nieces- Sabrina Cook & Madison Cook, also several Aunts & Uncles survive.

He was preceded in death by: Father - Larry Cook, Two Sisters- Debra Cook & Brenda Cook and One Niece - Emily Scott Cook.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2012. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Monday, February 20, 2012 with the Reverend Eugene Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Little River Cemetery in Cadiz, KY
