CENTRAL CITY, KY (2/7/12) – The Central City Library hosted a game day for children of ages.The had 62 participants during the two days that the program was offered.
According to library officials, the kids had a great time playing a wide variety of games such as board games, Monopoly, and the ever popular WII games.
The Central City Library would like to thank local business for their generous donations in hosting this event. Drawings were held every hour and prizes were awarded. The library will once again host the programs in February.
For students in grades 6 through 12, the program will be held on Tuesday, February 21 from 4 to 6 pm. Kindergarteners through fifth graders are welcome to come from 3 to 5 pm on Tuesday, February 28. All programs are free and open to the public. Snacks will be provided. Bring a friend and have a great time. No registration is required.
