GREENVILLE, KY - Yvonne K. Steele Doss, 76, of Greenville, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 5:58AM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital.

Mrs. Doss was born February 9, 2012 in Ohio County. She was a homemaker and secretary at Holt's in Greenville. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy G. Steele, Sr.; parents Everett and Nannie Kitchens; brother Victor Kitchens; and sister Norma Jean Turner.

Survivors include her husband, William T. "W.T." Doss; sons Billy Gerald Steele, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Greenville, Joseph D. Steele and wife, Kim of Central City, and Jonathan P. Steele and wife, Janet of Greenville; daughters Angela Y. Bryant and husband, Josh of New Albany, Indiana, and L. Suzanne Childress and husband, Jeffrey "Clyde" of Hardinsburg; sisters Juanita Gary of Morgantown and Shirley White and husband, Dick of Louisville; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 20, 2012 at 11:00AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Mrs. Doss will lie in state at the church Monday after 9:00AM.
