Neal Underwood, alcohol intoxication in a public place, $233.
Gladys Vincent, illegal sale of alcohol in a dry territory, $308.
Joe Deason, assault fourth-degree domestic violence with no visible injury, $183.
Jonathan Benson, traffic in marijuana less than eight ounces, $238, serve 90 days.
Devin Duncan, theft by unlawful taking shoplifting, $433.
Heather Harkins, failure to wear seatbelts, $25.
Randall Cox, failure to wear seatbelts, $25.
Latricia Manuel, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, $353.
Amy McDonald, failure to maintain required insurance, $243.
Tabitha McKinney, failure to maintain required insurance, $243.
Jason Palmore, failure to wear seatbelt, $25.
Heather Roberts, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, $333.
William Campfield, assault fourth degree domestic violence no visible injury, $333.
Melissa Martin, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, $333.
Dean O'Reilly, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, $666.50.
Loretta Simpson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/opiates, $668, serve 30 days.
