opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/8/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Andrew Dunk, 29, Evansville, Ind., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Branden Greer, 32, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, menacing, second degree disorderly conduct, and third degree terroristic threatening.

Roger Hodgson, 21, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second degree disorderly conduct, and other traffic violations.

Maquis Merchant, 33, Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Reesman, 44, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Du Du, 22, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and third degree assault.

Eric Ebling, 25, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Zachary Hodgson, 20, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500 and second degree criminal trespassing.

Thomas Howe, 42, Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Anna Jones, 44, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second degree disorderly conduct.

Wathen Livers, 64, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert McLaughlin, 53, Santa Claus, Ind., was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melissa Mann, 27, Owensboro, was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license.

Andy Payne, 34, Calhoun, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, and other traffic violations.

Kenneth White, 51, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and violating park operating hours.

Karissa Garcia, 24, and Kristen White, 22, Owensboro, were each charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Bridget Payne, 31, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault

Karrie Porter, 46, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Heather Shrout, 29, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500 and giving police officers a false name.

Jeffrey O’Bannon, 57, Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.
