Hopkins County Sheriff Arrests

ARRESTLOG 2HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (1/3/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Friday, Jan. 3.

Larry W. Stanley, 33, of Cavanaugh Road, White Plains, was charged Dec. 23 with failure to wear seatbealts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, faultier to be in possession of license, failure to produce insurance card, possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

Brittany L. Capps, 26, of Eastwind Court, Madisonville, was charged Dec. 24 with DUI/aggravated with wanton endangerment and open container in a motor vehicle.

Jeffery Bumpus, 39, Taylor Road, Sturgis, was charged on a warrant Dec. 24 with two counts of menacing.

Stephani C. Russ, 25, Swann Lake Road, Nortonville, was charged on a warrant Dec. 25 with theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Nicole E. Pleasant, 43, of Whittington Drive, Madisonville was charged Dec. 26 with contempt of court on a failure to appear warrant.

Tracy R. Gilmore, 44, of Allison Avenue, Madisonville was charged Dec. 26 with alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

William D. Bivins, 29, of Lovan Lane, Madisonville, was charged on warrants Dec. 27 with two counts of contempt of court.

Joseph R. Funkhouser, 33, Highland Avenue, Madisonville, was charged Dec. 27 with fourth degree assault/domestic, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Ricky W. Johnson, 56, Madisonville, was charged on warrants Dec. 28 with speeding, reckless driving, fleeing, disregarding a stop sign and three counts of failure/improper turn signal and two counts of failure to produce.

Brian G. Wells, 42, E. Farren, Earlington, was charged Dec. 28 with fourth-degree assault.

Randall W. Painter, 26, Kentucky 175, Bremen, was charged on a warrant Dec. 29 with failure to appear.

Traquille Hopson, 20, Carver Court, madisonville, was charged on a warrant Dec. 30 with theft by unlawful taking under $500, disorderly conduct and trafficking in marijuana.

Torell Hopgood, 22, Bradley St., Madisonville, was charged Dec. 30 for trafficking in marijuana.

David Earl Stone, 59, W. Clark Street, Earlington, was charged Dec. 30 for second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense.

Misty A. Strickland, 31, Hubert Williams Road, Dawson Springs, was charged on a warrant Dec. 30 for failure to appear.
