arrest brewerCHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (1/14/14) — A Hopkinsville man was charged for selling methamphetamines Friday, Jan. 10 at a Huck's on Lafayette Road at the Eagle Way Bypass.

According to a Kentucky State Police report, Trooper Ryan Fox noticed that Michael E. Brewer, 37, was acting suspiciously at about 3:38 p.m. and checked Brewer's identification. He discovered that a probation violation warrant existed for Brewer's arrest.

After being taken to the Christian County Jail, 19 small packets of methamphetamines were discovered during Brewer's processing.

Brewer has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance/meth, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia and also was taken in on a warrant for another agency.

He is being lodged in the Christian County Jail.
