Cadiz Police Arrest Reports - June 19, 2014

cadiz police arrest5 300CADIZ, Ky. (6/19/14) — The Cadiz police department released the following reports.

Officer Aaron Acree arrested Aaron J. Hlebovy, 21, of Fort Campbell June 18 at 12:36 a.m. and charged him with Criminal Trespass - First Degree. Officer Acree was called to a Streetland Drive residence in reference to Hlebovy being inside the residence against the homeowner's permission, unknown to them, and refusing the leave. Hlebovy has been dating the homeowner's 17-year-old daughter. Police have been called to this residence one other time about the same issue with no charges filed at that time. Following Hlebovy's arrest, police located his vehicle at a Nunn Boulevard business almost a half-mile away where he had parked it and walked to the residence.

Officer Aaron Acree arrested Ricky A. Radford, 54, of Cadiz, on June 15 and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication after he was observed stumbling while walking on West End Street.
