Daviess County Man Dies in Muhlenberg Accident

breakingnews FATALACCIDENT 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (9/3/13) – The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office is currently investigating the death of a Daviess County man.
 
On Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at approximately 6:30 am, Muhlenberg County Central Dispatch received a call from constructions workers, regarding a truck that was off the roadway at the bottom of a steep embankment. Emergency Personal responded and located the 1998 Dodge truck and found Daniel P. Crowe III inside of the vehicle.
 
Crowe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner’s Office.
 
First responders are uncertain when the accident may have occurred.
 
The Sheriff and Coroner’s Office is being assisted by the Kentucky State Police, Powderly Police and Central City Fire Department.
 
An Autopsy is scheduled for today for Mr. Crowe to determine whether or not the accident was the cause of death.
