opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/11/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Charlene Biever, 31, of Whitesville, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition $500 to $10,000.

Brittany Buskill, 28, was charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container and other traffic violations.

Terry Cook, Jr., 36, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christian Dean, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with fleeing or evading police on foot and failure to appear.

Deborah Easler, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 to $10,000.

Joshua Gray, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Jeremy Green, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 to $10,000.

Jeramey Hawkins, 34, of Hartford, was charged with second degree burglary.

Cyan Johnson, 22, of Owensboro, and Gilbert Johnson, 25, of Owensboro, were each charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lonnie Mackey, 51, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree wanton endangerment.

Prince Moss, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree promoting contraband.

Robin Payne, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Bethany Steele, 23, of Reynolds Station, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Christopher Whiteley, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree assault.

Christopher Frantz, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with reckless driving, racing a motor vehicle on a public highway, and other traffic violations.

Savannah Lyons, 17, of Owensboro, was charged with reckless driving and racing a motor vehicle on a public highway.
