Missing-Adult---Ashley-DillOWENSBORO, Ky. (8/13/14) — The Owensboro Police Department issued the following statement this morning regarding its ongoing search for a missing woman.

On Monday, April 14, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Owensboro Police Department began investigating a missing person case reference adult female, Ashley Dillion Higgs. A family member reported that Higgs had last been seen on March 18, 2014; her last known address was 1311 W. 2nd Street. It was also reported that Higgs made a statement on social media during that time about wanting to leave the Owensboro area. There has been no further contact with family since her disappearance.

Police describe Diggs as white, five feet five inches tall, and 220 lbs. She is 23 years old and has blue eyes. She has a tattoo of a pistol on her abdomen.
