KY 2670 Will Remain Closed Through the First of the Week

road closed green 300OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (10/21/13) - Public Information Officer, Keith Todd, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, is expecting Kentucky 2670 to remain closed until sometime Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

The P&L Railroad closed the road in Ohio County on Friday to allow a rail crossing upgrade. The rail crossing is just off the Kentucky 2670 intersection with US 62.

About 350 vehicles travel this section of KY 2670 in an average day, but there will be no marked detour. Timely traffic advisories for the 11 counties of KYTC Highway District 2 are available by going to www.facebook.com/kytcdistrict2.
