KSP Busts Driver for Possession after Routine Stop

hend police arrest4 300HENDERSON, Ky. (1/20/14) – Kentucky State Police Trooper Curt Donahoo initiated a traffic stop on a 2006 Dodge Charger with expired registration while on patrol in Henderson County around 11:39 a.m. Jan. 18.

Investigation at the scene revealed that the driver, Johnathon Kyle, was in possession of approximately nine pounds of marijuana. Kyle was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic cannabin agonists or piperazines, and improper display of registration plates.

Kyle is being lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
