Accident Injury 01 300HENDERSON, Ky. (1/20/14) - An accident with injury was reported to Henderson Police at the intersection of US 60 and Barret Boulevard at around 9:50 a.m. Jan. 18.

Michael Arvin, 65, was traveling east on US 60 in a 2001 Jimmy while Connie Cates, 61, and passenger, Deana Crowley, 40, was attempting to cross US 60 on Barret Blvd. in a 2005 Mercury. Arvin disregarded a red light and the vehicles impacted in the intersection, according to HPD.

Arvin complained of knee pain, but refused medical treatment. Cates and Crowley were taken to the hospital with complaints of leg injuries.
