hend police_arrest5_300HENDERSON, Ky. (2/5/14) — Henderson Police responded to the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in reference to a non-injury vehicle collision 8:15 p.m. Feb. 2.

The two parties involved were Cody Roark, 20, and Gwendolyn Johnson, 55.

Upon investigation, Johnson was identified as being under the influence of alcohol.

Johnson was arrested for DUI.
