Fugitive Arrests

inmate-capturedHENDERSON, Ky. (7/11/14) — Kentucky State Police received a tip that both Stephen B. Vargasan and Zachary L. Clevenger were in Henderson, Ky.

Vargason and Clevenger escaped from Keeton Correctional Facilities in Paducah July 6,2014.

Kentucky State Police Post 16 and Kentucky State police Post 1 worked in a joint effort following anonymous tips and were able to locate the suspects at Fair Acres Apartments Complex in Henderson Ky.

Both suspects were apprehended without incident and lodged at Henderson County Detention Center
