Madisonville Man Threatens Woman with Gun

General Arrest 06 orangeblue 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/5/13) – On Wednesday, September 4, at approximately 4:45 PM, Madisonville Police Officers were dispatched to a residence on 956 North Main Street in response to a reported disturbance.
 
Once on the scene, Officers were informed that 21-year-old Larandance L. Johnson of Murray Place Apartments in Madisonville had pointed a loaded weapon at a female that was involved in the disturbance. Armed with this knowledge, officers attempted to contact and locate Johnson.
 
Upon contact, the following investigation led to Johnson’s arrest.
 
Johnson is currently lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center on charges of Wanton Endangerment (1st Degree).
 
Madisonville Police officials have stated that there were no injuries during the situation.
