MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/11/13) — The Madisonville Police Department arrested an Earlington man Dec. 10 at Whittshire Apartments.
According to the Madisonville Police Department, Officer Jeff Miller received a complaint about a male subject forcing his way into a residence and refusing to leave. The resident has an active DVO against the subject to remain 500 feet away with no physical contact and restrained from damaging property, the report said.
According to the victim, the subject knocked on the door and when she refused to let him in, he burst through the door demanding to see his children. The victim continued to tell him to leave and male subject continued to refuse. He was arrested with no further incident as soon as police arrived at the scene, the report said.
Christopher Daniel Williams, 28, was charged with burglary in the second degree, violation of the KY EPO/DVO, theft by deception includes cold checks under $500, and failure to appear. He is currently lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
