Forged Checks Case Still Open

Theft red 300HENDERSON, Ky. (12/12/13) - The Henderson Police Department responded to a report of criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10.

Marsha C. Mills, 74, said someone stole her check book and has been passing checks at Sureway and Independence Bank valued at over $500. The investigation is continuing at the Henderson Police Department.
