MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/21/14) — During a warrant service at a traffic stop, Madisonville Police arrested two men Sunday, Jan. 19 on Hanson Street.
According to a Madisonville Police Department report, officers made contact with an overly nervous driver and noticed a clear bag of pills in the side door pocket on the driver’s side.
During the search, officers were able to confirm the bag was filled with 10mg Oxycodone, the report said.
After the arrival at the jail, the driver, Mason Rudd, 27, handed a bag of meth to the on duty officer and was searched. During the search, a bag of meth was also retrieved from his shoe.
Rudd was charged for prescription controlled substance not in original container and possession of controlled substance.
His passenger, Donald Dunbar, 34, was served an arrest warrant and charged for failure to pay fines.
