MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/21/13) — Madisonville Police arrested a Madisonville man, Saturday, Jan. 18, after receiving a complaint that he was staggering down East McLaughlin Avenue.
According to the Madisonville Police report, officers located the man walking down the middle of South Franklin Street. Upon initial contact, officers observed he had a slurred speech and poor balance, the report said.
In the right side jacket pocket, officers located a partial blunt (cigarette) containing suspected synthetic drugs.
Johnathan Stanley, 24, was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance and possession of synthetic drugs.
