Domestic Dispute Ends in Arrest

CsarMadisonville Police arrested and charged Cgarda Reyes Csar with assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injuries.MADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/25/14) — Madisonville Police were summoned to a South Main Street address for a domestic dispute Monday, Feb. 24.

According to the Madisonville Police report, the victim of a domestic assault went to a friend’s house, where she had her friend translate to police what happened.

The report said Cgarda Reyes Csar, 24, came home intoxicated and vomited in the bathroom sink. As the victim was cleaning it, an argument broke out. The victim told police that Csar grabbed her hair and hit her in the head twice, the report said.

The report said the victim told police she was able to get away and run into the bedroom, but that Csar followed her to the room and threw her on the bed and hit her two more times in the face.
 
Csar was charged with assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injuries.

He is currently being lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
