Three Arrested in Indoor Marijuana Growth Operation

drugarrest 300 cPADUCAH, Ky. (7/10/13) – On July 9, 2013, Kentucky State Police (KSP) executed a search warrant at 460 Sunrise Drive near West Paducah, which resulted in locating an indoor marijuana grow operation.
 
Troopers also found various amounts of processed marijuana and drug paraphernalia throughout the residence.
 
The warrant was executed after Kentucky State Police received several tips about drug usage at the residence.
 
As a result of their findings, KSP arrested three persons in the residence; Mindi Houston, age 36 of Kevil, KY, Blake M. Pendergrass, age 19 of LaCenter, KY and Jonathan C. Wissinger, age 19 of Wickliffe, KY.
 
All three subjects were charged with Cultivating in Marijuana-Five or more Plants, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
 
Kentucky State Police were assisted by McCracken County Sheriff’s Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
