TRAFFIC ALERT - Closure on KY 731/Lone Oak Road

lane closures blue 300PADUCAH, Ky. (10/4/13) – A subcontractor for the Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency plans to close KY 731/Lone Oak Road at Adams Street/Forest Circle in Paducah, starting Friday evening, October 4, 2013.
 
This closure is to allow installation of two new manholes and associated gravity sewer piping in the intersection.
 
This is along the section of KY 731/Lone Oak Road between Broadway and US 45/US 62/Jackson Street/Alben Barkley Drive in Paducah. The work site is near Paducah Middle School.
 
The Joint Sewer Agency plans to close the roadway on Friday night in preparation for the installation work to occur Saturday and Sunday. The subcontractor and agency plan to reopen the roadway prior to the morning rush on Monday, October 7, 2013.
 
The work is part of a $4 million dollar sewer separation project.
