WARREN COUNTY (10/20/13) — A Russellville man was killed in a Saturday morning accident at Nashville and Morehead roads in Warren County after an alleged verbal altercation occurred between the passenger and driver of the car.
According to a Warren County Sheriff's report, Tony Boisseau, 51, of Russellville was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Vickie Robinson, 61, of Bowling Green at about 10:30 a.m. Oct. 19 when their vehicle left the road, struck a telephone pole and overturned several times.
After a preliminary investigation, Robinson told officers that Boisseau had grabbed the steering wheel causing her to lose control, according to the sheriff's report.
Boisseau died due to his injuries. Robinson was transported via Emergency Medical Services, then life flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.
The sheriff's office is continuing the investigation.
