Ryan Matthew Peters, 21, of Owensboro, KY

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Ryan Matthew Peters, 21, of Owensboro, KY passed away Monday, September 9, 2013 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born December 13, 1991 in Louisville, KY to Kristine Peters. He worked at Toyotetsu Mid-America as a welder and was of the Baptist faith. He was a 2010 graduate of Owensboro High School. Ryan enjoyed racing and spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Peters (2011).

Aside from his mother he is survived by his grandmother, Janice Peters of Owensboro, a brother, Morgan Peters of Owensboro, two aunts, Karen Stewart of Hawesville and Kathy Bornstein of Indianapolis, IN and his cousins, Zach (Karesa) Hagan, Sarah Hagan, Jamie Baldwin, Maddie Sauer and Amanda (Joe) O’Toole.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home with Dr. Tom Norvell officiating and burial to follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home and after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
