Paul Harris, 82, of Calhoun, Ky

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Paul Harris, 82, of Calhoun, Ky passed away Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Paul Arthur Harris was born December 11, 1930 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Guy and Ruby Caraway Harris and was married to the former Marilyn Joyce Sunn on February 7, 1958. Paul retired as a foreman from the Green Coal Company and was a member of the Glenville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Joyce Harris; a son, Michael Harris of Calhoun; two daughters and their husbands, Jeannie and Scott Langley of Glendale, Kentucky and Joanna and Ronnie Culbreth of Columbus, Georgia; five grandchildren, Melanie Hart, Laura Langley Rizer and husband, Brad, Drew Langley, Sara Culbreth, and Erin Langley; two great grandchildren, Paul Hart and Lucy Hart; two brothers, Bill Harris of Lakeland, Florida and Elmo Harris of Portage, Indiana; and two sisters, Catherine Woodcock of Cambry, Indiana and Laura Norton of Ripley, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Glenville Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Glenville Baptist Cemetery. Friends may visit with Paul's family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and from 9:00 A.M. until 10:15 A.M. Thursday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.

The Paul Harris family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Glenville Baptist Cemetery Fund; C/O Gene Wilkerson; 1072 Kentucky 81; Utica, Kentucky 42376. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
