Ronald Louis Booker, 67 of Owensboro, Ky

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Ronald Louis Booker, 67 of Owensboro, Ky passed away on October 26, 2013 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born July 31, 1946 in Daviess County to the late Louis and Anna Coons Booker.

He was co-owner of Booker Service Station and a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching UK and Ky Wesleyan Basketball, Apollo Baseball and NASCAR.

Surviving is his wife, Linda L. Sosh Booker; his daughters Stacey Booker Chapman and her husband Randy and Angie Booker both of Owensboro; four grandchildren, Celsey Hardesty, Kendra Chapman, Logan Burnett and Lauren Chapman; two siblings Gay Howard of Lexington and Randy Booker and his wife, Kim of Owensboro, KY.; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10:00am. Wednesday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home.

Visitation at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home from 3:00 to 8:00pm. Tuesday and 9:00 to 10:00am. Wednesday at the chapel.

Reverend Jeff Hendricks will officiate.

Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to your favorite charity.
