James Robert Bartley, 76 of Morgantown, Indiana

OWENSBORO, Ky. - James Robert Bartley, 76 of Morgantown, Indiana passed away in Morgantown, Indiana on October 29, 2013. He was born October 1, 1937 in Calhoun, Ky. to the late Wavey and Laura Frances Bush Bartley. He was retired as a mechanic from Kenworth. He was a member of Christ Gospel Church in Indianapolis, Indiana and loved fishing, gardening and cutting firewood.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Jacqueline Bartley.

Surviving is wife, Barbara Jean Bartley; his children, James Bartley of Whiteland, IN. and Michael Bartley of Morgantown, IN., Phlecia(Rich)Like of Indianapolis, Deborah(David)Webb of Caruthersville, Missouri and Robin(William)Sewall of Freetown, IN.; grandchildren, Richard(Michelle)Like, Amber Like, Ashley Bartley, Jessica Bartley, Mathew Bartley; great-grandchildren, Jason Like and Logan Bartley; siblings, Otis Wayne Bartley and Larry Dale Bartley both of Beech Grove and Anna Frances Harrington of Evansville, IN.

Graveside Services will be 11:00am. Friday at Brushy Fork. There will be no visitation.

Burial will in Brushy Fork Cemetery at Panther. Reverend Richard Stiles will officiate.

Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
