Anna L. Schade, 58, of Owensboro, Ky.

OWENSBORO, Ky. – Anna L. Schade, 58, of Owensboro, Ky. passed away Monday, August 11, 2014, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born February 23, 1956 in Walnut Ridge, Ark. to the late Ruby and George Wilson. She was a deli supervisor for Wal-Mart and was of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harrison and Don Wilson.

Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Neil Schade; a son, David Smiley, Jr., of Owensboro; daughters, Courtney (William Ben Hale) Smiley-Hale of Paris, Ky. and Leeann Stevenson of Kansas; a stepson, Brian Schade of Nebraska; a sister, Clara Jean Slawson of Arkansas; a brother, Joe Wilson of Arkansas; two nieces, Teresa Blanchard and Connie McReynolds both of Arkansas; and many caring cousins and friends.

Services are 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Owensboro. Burial is in Resurrection Cemetery in Owensboro. Visitation is from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday and after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests that all expressions of sympathy be in the form of a charitable donation in honor of Anna to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, National Processing Center, P.O. Box 1245, Albert Lea, Minn. 56007-9976.
