Shirley Wolf, age 71, of Henderson, Ky.

1doveHENDERSON, Ky. - Shirley Wolf, age 71, of Henderson, Ky., passed away at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at her home under the care of St. Anthony's Hospice.

Shirley was born in 1941 in Union County to Bernard and Ruby Nally. 39 years ago, Alan Wolf, was driving down 2nd St. when he let a pretty girl merge in front of him. He noticed she had a CB radio so he called her. She answered and four years later, they were married. She loved NASCAR, back when it was real racing; her favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. Her family was her top priority. Shirley's mom and sisters were her best friends, they enjoyed trips together to the mountains. Shirley's grandbabies were the light of her life.

Survivors include: Husband of 35 years: Alan Wolf Henderson, KY; 3 Daughters: Sheila Hobbs Henderson, KY, Angela Newcom and Husband Tom Henderson, KY, Chandra Murdock and Husband Kevin Sebree, KY; 2 Sisters: Vanda Griffin and Husband Ray Roberts, KY, Peggy Brame and Husband Charles Calvert City, KY; 3 Brothers: Bernard Nally Jr and Wife Juanita Lexington, KY, Jerry W. Nally and Wife Linda Sandwich, IL, Donnie Nally and Wife Lori Jackson, TN, 6 Grandchildren: Kelly, Chad, Tyler, Zackary, Anthony, and Joshua; 4 Great Grandchildren: Jace, Jayden, Kaitlyn, and Brystall; Nieces and Nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Shirley Wolf's Life Celebration from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Benton Glunt Funeral Home. Private graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.

Pallbearers: Chad Hobbs, Tyler Newcom, Anthony Murdock, Danny Brame, and Eddie Stone
