1cloudsHENDERSON, Ky. - Patsy Jean 'Pat ' Clouse, 58, of Henderson, Ky passed away August 31, 2013 at her residence.

She worked at Dr. Hagedorn’s office in Henderson and was a member of Cash Creek Baptist Church.

Pat was preceded in death by her father Everett Elbert Clouse.

Survivors include: 1 daughter: Jacque Samples Kellen of Henderson; Mother: Mary Elizabeth Clouse of Henderson; 1 Sister: Peggy Alderson of Robards; 2 brothers: Donald Clouse of Henderson, Richard Clouse of Henderson; 2 Grandchildren; Companion: Chuck Lipps of Little Hocking, OH; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be 11:30 AM Friday September 6, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.

Bro. Chris Platt and Bro. Bill Patterson will officiate.

Burial will be in Cash Creek Cemetery in Hebbardsville.

Visitation will be Thursday 5-8PM and Friday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Chinn, Phil Shreve, Mike Shreve, Tim Duncan, Josh Stone, Jeff Mays, Randy Mays and Bruce Mays.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Pat Clouse Memorial Fund C/O Independence Bank.
