Virginia Helen West, 93, of Henderson, Ky

HENDERSON, Ky. - Virginia Helen West, 93, of Henderson, Ky passed away Monday October 14, 2013 at 8:35 AM at Henderson Nursing and Rehab.

Virginia was the founder and president of Halycon Social Center and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Helen (Zerfoss) Miller, 3 sons: Donald West, Eddy West and John West.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years Clarence Alvin West; 4 children: Henry West of Henderson, James West of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Judy Estes of Port Kent, New York, Walter Gundrum of Lebanon, Pennsylvania; 12 Grandchildren; Several Great-grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be 10:00 AM Friday October 18, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Mark Moog will officiate.

Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday 4-8PM and Friday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Leon Hunsaker, Tommy Givens, Chris Pritchett, Bill Erkfitz, Doc Colling.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.
