Timothy Earl Burden, 53, of Madisonville, KY

treesunHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Timothy Earl Burden, 53, of Madisonville, KY, passed away June 19, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

He was born March 2, 1960 in Hopkins Co, KY to late Thomas E. Burden and Virginia Juanita Burden.

Mr. Burden was a carpenter and master carver. He loved wood carving and loved animals.

He is survived by son, Todd Eron Burden of Madisonville; two sisters, Carolyn (Bill) Lucas of Madisonville and Pam (Tony) Space of Madisonville; one brother, James Word of Richmond, MI; and his caregiver, Annette Harralson of Madisonville.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Mayfield. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, June 22, 2013 and after 10:00 A.M. until the service time on Friday.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Hopkins County Humane Society. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
